Action Alert: Time to Counter Focus Action Marriage Amendment Postcard Campaign

Focus on the Family Action has launched  a postcard campaign to support their drive to amend prejudice in tho the US Constitution in the form of a “federal Marriage Protection Amendment” The self-proclaimed Christians have joined forces with other “faith-based” organizations with the aim of sending one million cards to the U.S. Senate.

Bigots supporting the postcard campaign include: the Family Research Council, the Arlington Group, the Knights of Columbus, the Southern Baptist Convention, Lutheran Church- Missouri Synod, Foursquare, Anglican, Catholic, Orthodox and Greek Orthodox churches, as well as representatives from the Jewish, Hispanic and African-American communities.

Now is the time for all who oppose including “faith based” prejudice in the Constitution to send their senators a postcard prior to the next vote on the Amendment which is now scheduled for early June.
