Don't Miss this Historic Gathering in New Orleans!

The Witness Our Welcome (WOW) gatherings in 2000 and 2003 marked an historic turning point for LGBT-affirming Christians across several denominations. Back then, many such Christians and LGBT groups worked in virtual isolation from each other and rarely had opportunities to share strategies, insights, and worship. Many things have changed since then, including more channels for intentional cooperation in this important work. But the opportunity to gather together is still very much needed.

The Institute for Welcoming Resources of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force will pick up where WOW left off and present "Many Stories, One Voice: The North American Convocation of Pro-LGBT Christians" in New Orleans, September 4 - 7. You won't want to miss this exciting gathering, which includes community service activities, workshops, worship services, and a great array of speakers, like Yvette Flunder, Debra Haffner, Horace Griffin, and Erin Swenson, among many others.
