Join Oasis Californai as California Episcopal Bishops take strong No on 8 stand at Wednesday Press Conference

Join us as the Right Rev. Marc Handley Andrus, Episcopal Bishop of California, will hold a press conference on Wednesday, September 10, at 1:00 p.m. at San Francisco's Grace Cathedral, on the corner of California and Taylor Streets.

 

The Episcopal Church stands for equal rights for all persons and fair treatment for all Californians, and Andrus will deliver a statement signed by Episcopal bishops throughout the state calling for compassion and love andequal protections for all at this press conference.

 

Andrus will be joined by the Right Rev. Steven Chaleston, Assisting Bishop of California, the Right Rev. Barry Beisner, Episcopal Bishop of Northern California, other bishops, members of the clergy and lay leaders from throughout California. Many will be available for comment at the conclussion of the press conference.
